BLOWN FILM
Blown film is made by extruding, through an annular drawplate, a tube of material in the liquid state, which is then inflated before it becomes solidified.
The tube has a relatively small diameter and expands because the air pressure inside the tube is greater than the air pressure outside.
Through this process we obtain an increase in the diameter of the tube and the relative reduction in the thickness of the film, which cools and solidifies and folded by passing through the nip-rollers.

At the end of the manufacturing process (both cast and and blown) the material is rolled by the winding stations.
We also offer printing and welding services to produce bags of various sizes with trademarks and lettering. |
